This means that new recruits are efficiently filtered for appropriate quality and attitude AND given basic sales training so that they ‘hit the floor running'. In a room full of potential recruits only one or two people will be chosen from the day. Those that get through have thus earned and fought for their reward so they will value an offer from you much more. This substantially leverages your time recruiting. 2. Attitude Training. The training is tough. There are three stages at which point candidates can be rejected. We will start with a morning, afternoon or evening session, Monday to Saturday. The agenda is partly task orientated and may include tasks such as finding prospects and selling phone calls. This filters candidates scared of telephone selling and they are automatically rejected. 3. Skills Training. New trainees arrive to their employer having gone through basic sales training. 4. Deluxe Option. We can run a weekend intensive sales training course prior to them joining the client. Members of a client’s current work force can also be placed on this course. 5. Seminars. These are transportable to wherever there is a talent pool. We can run the seminars anywhere/anytime you wish. Often clients will be recruiting in the UK for positions abroad. 6. Direct applicant training. We provide a weekend intensive “Advanced Selling for Beginners” course for individuals to invest in directly, or for you to sponsor against their first three months in their post. |
